75$ 1st hour + 35$ addl hr +25$ per additional student/bike. All consumable parts i.e. chains, tires, tubes etc. must be provided by student or requested in advance of the instructor and reimbursed at cost.
Learn the basics of bike maintenance by learning how to: check your tire pressure and add air, check brakes, chain, drive train and tires for wear and learn when they need to be replaced, how to keep your drive train clean and lubed, change a flat/replace a tube, replace your chain & casette, replace or adjust brake pads/calipers, how to adjust and dial in the fit and comfort of your bike and all the basics for keeping your ride in peak shape to get you where you need to go.
This class can be added on to any other existing classes at a reduced rate - please contact me for more info. I will supply all necessary tools and equipment needed including bike stand and cleaning supplies. This class can be taught as purely educational with a show and tell on a provided bike or we can work on your bike if it needs some upkeep. Location of class must have adequate space to work on a bike.
